We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or real-time reliability. Users should verify conditions through official sources before making travel decisions.

Lead prices vary by service type (recovery, mechanics, locksmiths, tyres), time of day (standard, unsocial, overnight, emergency), and urgency. Current prices are displayed on the platform and in your provider dashboard. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
When you claim a lead, the fee is deducted from your credit balance immediately. Once claimed, you receive the driver's contact details and breakdown information. Leads are sold exclusively — we do not sell the same lead to multiple providers.
Lead fees are non-refundable once claimed. Refunds are only provided for demonstrably fake leads (spam, test submissions) or duplicate leads sent to the same provider. We do not refund for leads that don't convert, incorrect contact info verified at submission time, or customers who change their mind.
Featured listings (7-day and 30-day), Bumps, and Refreshes are paid visibility boosts purchased from your credit balance. Featured periods run from the time of purchase for the specified duration. Add-on fees are non-refundable. Featured status does not constitute endorsement.
Coupon codes are subject to availability and specific terms including expiry dates, usage limits, and per-user restrictions. We reserve the right to revoke codes at any time. Coupons cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or transferred.
Payments are processed via Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Top-up credits are non-refundable except at our discretion. Credit balances do not expire. All prices include VAT where applicable.
All listings are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing that does not meet our quality standards, contains misleading information, or violates these terms. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and compliance with applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This Website is intended for users located in the United Kingdom.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
