Visit our Add Listing page, complete your business details including services offered, coverage area, and contact information. Your listing goes through our approval process and once approved, you can log in to your provider dashboard to manage leads, edit your listing, and purchase add-ons.

We welcome recovery and towing companies, mobile mechanics, mobile tyre fitters, auto locksmiths, battery replacement services, fuel delivery services, and any other vehicle emergency assistance providers. All businesses must hold appropriate licenses and insurance.

When a driver submits a breakdown request near your coverage area, you receive an email notification. Log in to your dashboard to view the lead details and claim it. The lead fee is deducted from your credit balance and you receive the driver's full contact details to arrange the job.

Lead prices vary by service type (recovery, mechanics, locksmiths, tyres) and time of day (standard, unsocial hours, overnight, emergency). Current prices are displayed in your provider dashboard. You only pay for leads you choose to claim.

These are paid visibility add-ons: Featured listings (7 or 30 days) place your business at the top of search results with a highlight badge. Bumps push your listing back to the top of results. Refreshes update your listing timestamp for improved visibility. All are purchased from your credit balance.

Live Traffic Updates

Traffic information is refreshed regularly from National Highways RSS data feeds and community reports. We display incidents, roadworks, and closures as they are published. Note that real-time conditions change rapidly — always verify with official sources for critical travel decisions.

We provide live incidents (accidents, breakdowns, emergencies), road closures and diversions, planned and unplanned roadworks, congestion and delay information, and motorway updates including lane closures. Information is categorised by severity for easy scanning.

We cover all motorways, major A-roads, and trunk roads across England. Coverage is sourced from National Highways data feeds. We also display community-reported incidents on other roads via our daily discussion feature.

Yes! Use our daily discussions feature to report incidents and share real-time updates with other road users. You can also report through our TikTok live streams during rush hours.

Payments & Credits

Log in to your provider dashboard and go to the Credits tab or visit our Top Up page. Select your top-up amount and pay securely via Stripe using a debit or credit card. Credits are added to your balance instantly.

Lead fees are non-refundable once claimed. Refunds are only provided for demonstrably fake leads (spam or test submissions) or duplicate leads. We do not refund for leads that don't convert or customers who change their mind.

No. Credit balances do not expire. However, credits are non-refundable except at our discretion. You can use your balance for lead claims and add-on purchases at any time.

Yes. Coupon codes can be applied in your provider dashboard under the Credits tab. Coupons are subject to terms including expiry dates and usage limits. They add credit to your balance based on the discount value.
