Lead prices shown on the platform are for the lead fee only and do not represent the cost of the actual roadside service. Service pricing is determined by individual providers. All lead fees are non-refundable once claimed.

Insurance & Licensing

Drivers are responsible for verifying that any provider they engage holds appropriate insurance and licensing for the services required. We encourage all drivers to request proof of insurance before work begins.

Add-Ons & Featured Listings

Paid add-ons (Featured listings, Bumps, Refreshes) are visibility boosts only and do not constitute endorsement or quality verification. Featured providers are not preferred or recommended over non-featured providers.

5. Lead Generation Services (For Businesses)

No Guarantee of Lead Quality

UK Traffic Updates does NOT guarantee:

• Lead Conversion: That leads will result in confirmed jobs or revenue
• Contact Accuracy: That phone numbers or email addresses are correct
• Lead Availability: That the customer hasn't already engaged another provider
• Service Requirements: That the customer's described problem is accurate
• Payment Ability: That the customer can or will pay for services
• Location Accuracy: That the breakdown location is exactly as stated

Your Responsibilities as a Lead Purchaser

Service providers purchasing leads must contact leads promptly and professionally, verify all information directly with the customer, comply with all UK data protection laws (GDPR, DPA 2018), not share or resell lead information to third parties, and maintain appropriate insurance and professional licenses.

Refund Policy

Leads are sold on a pay-per-lead basis. We do not provide refunds for leads that do not convert, customers who choose a different provider, or customers who cancel. Refunds are only provided for demonstrably fake leads (spam, test submissions) or duplicate leads sent to the same provider.

Exclusivity

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, leads are sold exclusively to one service provider per breakdown request. We do not sell the same lead to multiple competing businesses. However, the customer may have contacted other providers independently.
