Westbound traffic along the Highway is slow moving with tailbacks to The Limehouse Link. Northbound traffic along Tower Bridge Road is slow with queues back to Bricklayers Arms. In addition, westbound traffic along Commercial Road is also slow with queues after Butcher Row. Jamaica Road also has delays with tailbacks to Tanner Street. Expect delays.
